RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

7 Day Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for exchange:

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability
  • Exchange is allowed for size or product (depending on availability)

Note: Products received in exchange cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Return Policy

We do not offer returns.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
  • You have a clear unboxing video showing the issue at the time of opening

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Damaged / Wrong Product

In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share your order ID, issue photos, and unboxing video
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

To cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

1. Order cancelled before shipping:
Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days

2. Damaged / Wrong product:
After the product is returned and inspected, refund/replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days

3. Exchange with lower value product:
The price difference will be refunded via Bank Transfer or UPI

Important Notes

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, return, or exchange claim
  • Items must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging
  • Selfmade reserves the right to reject exchange/return if the product is used or damaged by the customer
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
