RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love what you wear. Here’s how we handle exchanges:
- Exchange Window: Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- No Returns: We do not accept returns. Only size exchanges or defect-based replacements are allowed.
- Defective Items: If your product has a defect or damage that is clearly visible at the time of delivery and is reported immediately with video proof, we’ll replace it at no extra cost
- Process: To request an exchange, email us at support@selfmadebrand.in with your order number and reason for exchange.
