We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, however, slight color variations may occur due to screen differences.

Selfmade reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • There is an error in pricing or product information

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

If your order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹).
We accept prepaid payments via secure payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (if applicable) may be available on selected orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 5–7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.
Selfmade is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Exchange Policy (7 Days Exchange)

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

6. Return Policy

Returns are not applicable.

We only accept returns if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • You have a clear unboxing video showing the damage at the time of opening

Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process returns or replacements for damaged items.

8. Limitation of Liability
