Returns & Exchanges

Because we produce in small batches and maintain strict quality control, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged.

If your item arrives damaged:

1. Record a clear unboxing video showing the unopened package and the damage.
2. Email us within 24 hours of delivery.
3. We will inspect the footage and issue a replacement if eligible.
